Acupuncture St Albans & Hatfield

Who am I?

I have always been fascinated by people and our marvellous potential as human beings. The path through life seemed like a journey with endless possibilities. I had a strong feeling that we humans are born to realise happiness and reach freedom from limitations of any kind!dsc_7869a1

How come that among all wonderful choices we could make we would end up not well and unhealthy from time to time? What is disease if not some fault in the unfolding of our individual destiny? How does it block our ability to achieve our highest karmic potential? What sense does it make and how can it be useful for us?

I have always asked questions about life and life lead me to a discovery of Chinese Medicine. Integration of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) with 5 Element Acupuncture is one of  the most exciting approaches to healthcare in alternative medicine.

The TCM deals mainly with external causes of disease such as cold, damp, wind, heat etc. In contrast the 5 Element. Acupuncture is focusing on internal causes of disease which are our emotions.
The Integrated Chinese Medicine combines these two together creating unique diagnostic approach that is of great benefit for patients treating body (external) and mind (internal) in a holistic way.

Acupuncture is a 2500 years old, complete alternative Medicinal System. There is potential for anybody to benefit from this ancient wisdom of Chinese physicians. As we sometimes lose our navigation through life and our attention is called back to our true self through experience of dis-ease, we look for ways to find our strongest, most powerful, happy and healthy self again. Acupuncture has the potential to help us find the way back to our most natural course through life again.

The best way to know what acupuncture can do for you is to experience it for yourself.
